Objective

The learning objective is that the student understands the basics of electrical engineering, electrical networks, electrical drawings, electric motor drives and electrical safety. Other learning objectives are that the student can independently dimension and select devices and also build small-scale electric motor drives taking into account the significance of the quality of electricity and the source of interferences in their faultless function. The objective is also to understand the telecommunication systems in buildings and their new control and monitoring possibilities.

Content

The main contents are direct and alternating electro technologies, electrical networks, electrical drawings, electric motors and their network connection devices, electric motor drives, the quality of electricity, sources of interference, telecommunication, electrical safety and laboratory works.
