Objective
Student will get more detailed understanding of different maintenance concepts and methods and is able to evaluate, apply and develop appropriate concept. Student learns to develop and optimize proactive maintenance plan for selected assets. Student will get basic understanding to utilize predictive maintenance technology to improve efficiency of asset management.
Content
A repetition of basic reliability theory. Maintenance concepts: corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, proactive maintenance. Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM, MSG-3 ). Condition monitoring technologies. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Operator Driven Maintenance (ODR). Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS). Future trends of maintenance management.
