Objective
The students understand building in a historical perspective, and as an organized part of land use planning and structures. They can design a residence as a functional entity and part of the environment.
The students are able to draw construction plan for a single-family house in accordance with construction rules and instructions.
Content
Land use planning, building history, basics of design and chromatics, housing event, room dimensions, common spaces, yards, the housing problems of the physically disabled, fire regulations
Supervised technical drawing.
