Objective

The student
• knows how to take into account the factors of an operational environment that can further or hinder the maintenance or improvement of an individual's functioning.
o understands that the ICF classification framework is an indicator of the client’s functioning.
o is familiar with the service systems in the social service, healthcare, and sports and recreation sectors
o is familiar with the key legislation that applies to the social service, healthcare, and sports and recreation sectors
is familiar with the basics of wellbeing technology, ergonomics and Wellbeing at Work

Content

• ICF classification framework
• The service systems of the social service and healthcare sectors, as well as the service systems for rehabilitation and recreation and exercise (including information systems and legislation)
• A knowledge of the world of work (the client’s and employee’s rights and responsibilities)
• An approach to work and decision-making skills based on evidence, good practices and multiprofessional expertise
• Wellbeing at Work and ergonomics
• Wellbeing technology

PASS:
The student
- actively participates in his/her team’s work and supports its objectives
- knows how to report on the service systems and key regulations for the social service, healthcare and exercise and recreation sectors.
- knows how to carry out the basic activities and operations related to wellbeing technology, ergonomics, safety and occupational safety in the Lab environments, in his/her team and in projects.
utilises the ICF classification framework in case assignments
