Objective
The student is able to manage him/herself in different networks. He /she knows how to use internal entrepreneurship in multiprofessional and multicultural groups and networks. The student is able to operate customer-orientedly and develops his/her ability to contribute to the well-being of the work community and the quality of services. He/she also innovates ideas of enterprise and knows the basics of business plan. He/she knows possibilitis to found an enterprise to social, health or physical field.

Concepts of management, leadership and internal entrepreneurship, ethics and culture of customer service, self-management, promotion of well-being and quality in healthservices, idea of welfare enterprise, businessplan, the career of an entrepreneur

Excellent(5)Student expresses advanced thinking about concepts of management, leadership, innovative enterprise, self-management and promotion of well- being in assignment and work. He/she is well advanced with his/her enterprise ideas and/or skillful to produce new ideas in his/her assignments and rehearsals. Very good (4)Student expresses mature understanding of concepts of management, leadership and entrepreneurship.He/he can solve problems and produce new ideas involving cases of welfare enterprises and working groups. Good (3) Student masters concepts of management,leadership and entrepreneurship and is able to develop his/her problem solving skills in different working environments. He/she takes responsibility of his/her development in enterprise and leadership skills. Satisfactory (2)Student knows the meaning of management,leadership and entrepreneurship in work well-being and masters the basic skills an knowledge of the issues. Poor (1) Students knows some concepts of management,leadership and entrepreneurship and can think of meaning of them in well-being of own. Fail (0) Student does not master basic issues and does not take responsibility of his/her studies and assignments.
