Objective
Students understand the structure of the locomotor system and the influence of the nervous system on the holictic implementation of movements. They are able to apply knowledge to understand motion and perceive movements. They can independently assess the function of joints and muscles during movements.
Content
Osteology, arthrology, myology of the following body parts: spine, thorax, upper limb, pelvis, lower limb. The structure and function of the central, peripheral and autonomous nervous systems, and their significance for moving/movements.
Qualifications
Students have a basic knowledge of the structure and function of the Human body as well as basic terminology. Students are able to find information and use various sources of anatomy & physiology.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Students show knowledge according to the Criteria of the Course. Exams are evaluated: Excellent = 5 more than 90 % of the points, Very Good = 4 more than 80 % of the points, Good = 3 more than 70 % of the points, Satisfactory = 1 - 2 55 - 70 % of the points. Failed = 0 under 55 % of the points.
