Objective

Students understand and master the basics of the structure and function of the human body, as well as related concepts. They are able to independently collect and use anatomy and physiology data from different sources, and to apply their knowledge of these subjects.

Content

Cytology, histology, skin, skeletal structure, blood, the circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems, urine secretion. In addition, the contents include the nervous and endocrine systems connected with the regulation of vital functions.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Students show knowledge according to the Criteria of the Course. Exam is evaluated: Excellent = 5 more than 90 % of the points, Very Good = 4 more than 80 % of the points, Good = 3 more than 70 % of the points, Satisfactory = 1 - 2 55 - 75 % of the points. Failed = 0 under 55 % of the points.
