Qualifications
Students must have completed the required module or acquired professional studies in client/customer or service development work. This can for e.g. be the completion of work placement. Students should have some knowledge of the social and health system and a clear understanding of the methods used in client work and the services available.Students can identify collaborative work and the developmental challenges in client work and service provision in the welfare system.
