Practical Training 2Laajuus (15 cr)

Objective

The student develops into a responsible specialist with inner entrepreneurship. He/she can describe the management principles and methods of the practical training place. He/she learns management skills by working independently in small responsibility area. He/she recognises operational targets for development at the practical training place and can implement a jointly planned development project. The student recognises his/her own professional strengths and targets for development and can set goals for his/her own competence development. The practical training guides the student’s career plans in the field.

Practical Training 1.
Must have attained at least 120 credits.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Requirements for a passing grade:
Participation in guidance for the practical training, drawing up a practical training plan/agreement and having it approved, working and completing a development assignment in a practical training place, reporting on the practical training and getting a reference for the practical training.
