Organisational Behaviour, 5 cr:
The students
*understand the significance of a familiarity with people and diversity as starting points for good service production
* can apply psychological knowledge to interaction within the work community and to service situations
* can evaluate the factors affecting the results of a team and understand the significance of their role and cooperation for the functioning of the team
Consumer Behaviour and Consumer Legislation, 5 cr:
The students
* understand the significance of consumer behavior for the development of services and entrepreneurship
* recognize different psychological, cultural and social factors affecting consumer behaviour
* know the consumer legislation and can use different legal sources of information
