Objective

The student recognises vocational learning objectives based on his/her Personal Learning Plan. The student has the working life skills of the service industry and has become familiar with the field. The student can describe and analyse the service and production processes of his/her practical training place. The student can set further objectives for competence development in accordance with his/her career plan. The student finds the courage to develop himself/herself in line with his/her own career path.

Requirements for a passing grade:
Participation in guidance for the practical training. Drawing up a practical training plan/agreement and having it approved. Practical training at the practical training place. Reporting on the practical training. A reference for the practical training. Participation in the practical training seminar.
