Objective
The students have a command of the two sides of leadership, the priciples that regulate the behaviour of the manager and the employee. They can identify their own personal features facilitating and those impeding their leadership work, and can adjust them according to each situation. They are able to express and communicate messages (both written and oral) effectively.
Content
The central principles and realisation of leadership work. The effects of personal features in one's performance as a leader. Communication and efficient ways of influencing in leadership work.

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course
