Objective
The student understands the principles of networking and the relevance of networking to the business. He/She can readjust and connect his/her own businesses to other firms’ businesses to establish production and/or service chains.
He/She knows how to construct his firm’s management system to cover also the business activities which are attached to his own business by partner contracts.
Content
Networked firms, their structure and activities. Advantages and disadvantages of networking.
Stakeholder groups’ activities and their relevance to the firm. Management of networks.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge about the modern management ideas and the strategies.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
