Objective
The students recognize the stakeholders of the company and know the value of the stakeholder network in business. They are able to make a Public Relations plan for a company, implement the plan and evaluate the results. The student knows the factors and costs affecting the channel system, the channel options and the functions of the Sales Promotion. The students organize e.g. one press conference, an exhibition or a trade fair. The students know the rules and laws of the stakeholder relationships.
Content
The objectives, tools and measuring of the channel options, Sales Promotions, Public Relations (PR), sponsoring, press releases,lobbying. Press conference, exhibition, trade fair.
Qualifications
The student is able to analyze and build brands and customer relationships and advertising and media relationhips.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
