Objective

The student has an overall idea of the purchasing chains in the clothing sector and the purchasing methods of the field. He/she understands the contents of logistics as well as its role in the clothing trade. He/she recognizes providers of logistics services and sources of purchasing in the clothing sector and is able to find information about them. He/she has basic knowledge in the subcontracting of clothes and the associated contract practices. He/she has skills in international trade and the terms of delivery in the field.

Logistics and the basics of international trade
Procuring contracts

Qualifications

The student has basic and business skills in the clothing sector.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.
