Objective

The students become familiar with the birth, pathophysiology, symptoms, medical care and prognosis of illnesses and disabilities, as well as with the basics of clinical pharmacology. They are familiar with the pathophysiology and healing processes of tissues and with the basics of clinical pharmacology and understand their significance in examination and assessment of functionality as well as in the assessment of rehabilitation need.

Content

The basics from the following areas of medicine: pathophysiology, internal diseases, geriatry, psychiatry, surgery, traumatology, ortopedics, neurology, physiatry, principles of sports medicine and basics of clinical pharmacology.
