Building Design Part1 (2cr)

Objective

The students understand building in a historical perspective, and as an organized part of land use planning and structures. They can design a residence as a functional entity and part of the environment.

Content

Land use planning, building history, basics of design and chromatics, housing event, room dimensions, common spaces, yards, the housing problems of the physically disabled, fire regulations

Qualifications

Opiskelija tunnistaa rakennusprosessin vaiheet ja alan toimijat.
Opiskelija tuntee Maankäyttö- ja rakennuslain perusteet.
Opiskelija osaa käyttää rakennusalan tietolähteitä.
