Professional Development in Educational Work (3cr)

Objective

The students are aware of and they can explain their own professional and ethical choices in educational work. The students know theoretical frameworks of professional growth and social ethics, and they can reflect their own professional and ethical growth as well as partners' social responsibility with their help. The students want to develop themselves and their professional work approach in the promotion of the individual, communal and societal welfare.
