Objective
The student is working in working life either as an employee or as an intern.
In paid work, he develops his skills in order to develop in his job duties or to advance in his career to more demanding positions. As an intern, the goal is to gain work experience that will help you get a job during or after the working life period.
A guided working life training is a study that takes place in working life, which gives you the opportunity to apply what you have learned in practice and develop professionally. Since the guided working life training is part of the studies, it is planned and guided.
Content
The student's task is
- think about what kind of internship and internship will help you advance professionally and is suitable for your own career plans
- look for an internship or agree on an internship with your employer
- ask to have Jamk's workplace couch and make practical arrangements
- hold a tripartite meeting where you, Jamk's workplace couch and a company or community representative are present
- the on-the-job learning period is agreed in writing between you, Jamk and the company/community
- work in the company following the company's work instructions and rules
- at the beginning of the on-the-job training period and, if necessary, also at other times, there is a Jamk work life couch at the workplace
At the end of the working life training, you will have a personal feedback discussion with the workplace couch and the Jamk couch that follows the principles of the development discussion. For the period of working life, you will receive a work or training certificate from the workplace.
