EA-ER EUR-ACE Engineering practise: The students have the ability to prepare computer aided NC part program for machined work piece starting with technical drawing.

EA-IV EUR-ACE Investigations: The student has the ability to conduct literature searches and use databases and other sources of information in her/his development work.

TKNVA Competence in manufacturing: The students are familiar with the basics of production automation and knows the influence on the product design and costs of manufacturing.

YHT-KV Internationality skills: The students are able to work independently in situations, in addition to her/his first language, at least one foreign language.

Content

Computer aided engineering, robotics, FMS-technology, re-engineering, working with workshop automation.

Qualifications

The students have the technical basic abilities with which they can e.g. understand technical documentation and technical publications and they can apply them in their own work. In addition, the students have basic abilities of production technology. The students have basic knowledge of NC machine tools and manual programming NC machine tools.
