The students are able to manage an enterprise and to act as members of a sales team or as support persons.

Business idea, strategy and competitive advantage. Establishing an enterprise. Budgeting, cost accounting, pricing and investment calculations. Profitability and its measuring. Financial statements and business indicators. Materials administration and acquisition. Management and development of the operations of an organisation.
The significance of successful human relations management for a company. Central management theories and ideas; assessment of their suitability. Capital goods and business-to-business marketing. The competitive tools of marketing. Winning client’s trust; the maintenance and development of a functioning and stable customer relationship. Product demonstrations and sales negotiations.
