Objective
The students are able to apply to practice the principles of energy efficiency and to assess the effects of different technological solutions on energy consumption.
Content
Definition and basic principles of energy efficiency Energy production and consumption in the paper making process Analysis of energy efficiency in different paper making and pulping methods, case studies
Qualifications
The students have a basic understanding of heat and flow technology and the mechanism and functioning of a paper machine, as well as an ability to read process and flow charts
