Objective
The students are familiar with the basics of real estate maintenance and have an idea of it as a whole. The students know the tasks and quality concepts of real estate maintenance, the organization of maintenance, cost formation, and are able to make and handle offers and contracts related to building maintenance. The students understand the basics of real estate safety and waste management.
