Objective
The students know the stages and work methods of a project, and can create a project plan and evaluate plans.
Content
Project work as a tool for development. Project phasing. The structure and content of a project plan. The basics of budgeting. Project administration; reporting and provision of information in a project. Risk analysis. Project evaluation.
