Objective

The objective of the track is to equip the students with concepts, methods and tools needed in innovation management including but not limited to product, service or process development. In particular the track focuses on Innovation Management. Emphasizing practical, evidence based techniques, methods and introducing relevant tools and resources, this course provides students with the knowledge base to successfully manage innovation, technology, and new product development. The holistic approach addresses the interplay between the markets, ecosystems, technology, and the organization, while relating the unique skill set required to manage innovation and innovation processes. The course offers also possibility to explore advanced topics including User-centered design (UCD) and User-centered innovation (UCI) as well as Open Innovation (OI).
