Teaching methods

This course is for Logistics Engineering part-time students, group code: TLS24SMM.

Distance learning and contact meetings using Zoom connections. Moodle learning environment will be used for study materials and assignments. Implementation and learning is based on learning assignments.

Content

Concept of supply chain network, business entirety, simulation games.

Objective

Purpose:
‘Things I do, I do understand’ is an old way of saying. On this course you will combine theory and practice with interactive way by using different simulation games. During this course your understanding of supply chain and business entirety will increase. In addition, your ability to make decisions and work effectively as a member of team is developing.

You understand the concept of supply chain. You recognize how a network of interdependent organizations manage the flow of materials and information from suppliers to end users.
