Objective
The students recognize the target groups of a company's and organizations's PR. They are able to devise a PR plan for a company or organization, to implement it and to monitor its implementation. The students organize e.g. one press conference. The students participate in the R&D activities of the School of Business Administration according to the objectives of the course.
Content
The objectives, tools and follow-up of Public Relations (PR) activities, sponsoring, publication of products, creating a media plan, media relations, communications, press releases, briefing, lobbying. Versatile familiarization with the operation of the mass media and with media cooperation.
Qualifications
The students are able to decide on the competitive tools of marketing and on marketing plans.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Class and project participation, individual and group reporting skills, individual and group presentation skills, teamwork skills. Mastery of the subject and course concepts in the written exam, exercises and reports.
